Acro Yoga (or Acro) is partnered acrobatics that incorporate balance and geometry to create breathtaking movements and poses. Our classes are taught by certified Acro Yoga instructors who have extensive experience in helping students achieve their Acro goals.
Contortion class picks up where StretchFIT leaves off. Students will work on improving their passive and active leg flexibility, as well as starting work on contortion skills such as splits, bridges, and elbow stands. The class primarily focuses on hamstring, hip-flexor, back, and shoulder mobility.
Come and play with all of our equipment in a safe, instructor-accompanied environment! Open Gym does not include instruction but will be supervised by an instructor or staff member. Students should only practice skills they can do safely on their own. This is a great opportunity to condition, stretch or work on perfecting moves you learned in class.
