Hula Hoop is a dedicated Hooping class designed to introduce the basics and perfect existing movements. Our professional instructors guide you through a comprehensive and challenging set of classes that adapt to your skill level. Classes are structured to both introduce new-comers to the art and enhance existing skills by focusing on each individual student’s needs.

Hoop class is a fantastic way to gain a new skill and get in shape. It’s deceptively simple, yet takes a significant amount of hand-eye coordination and muscle activation. One of the oldest toys in history, this class revitalizes the skill and creates an art form from the synchronized movements.
Classes will focus on combinations, transitions and handling skills. Then class will progress to more complex choreographed sets that include advanced flips, rotations, and catches.
